Our story
Teaching grounded in expertise and experience
We are Sarah and Vicky, the founders of Learning & Co. As local parents and experienced educators, we saw a clear gap in high-quality, small-group learning support within our community. We knew that many children needed more than what was available — a place where they could build strong foundations, feel genuinely supported, and develop the confidence to thrive.

With more than 40 years of combined experience in education, our careers have taken us from primary school classrooms to university lecture theatres, both in Australia and internationally. For over a decade, we have also mentored and guided future educators, shaping the next generation of teachers.

Through this experience, one thing has always remained clear: when children feel safe, supported, and truly engaged in their learning, they flourish. Learning & Co was created from this belief.

Our programs follow a natural learning pathway — beginning with School Readiness to prepare children for their first day of school, continuing through our Learning Labs to build and strengthen skills in the early years, and extending to 1:1 Tutoring for children who need more focused, individualised support.

Every program at Learning & Co is led by NESA-accredited teachers who are committed to delivering the highest standard of education. We create warm, structured learning environments where children feel safe to try, make mistakes, and grow — building the skills, independence, and confidence that stay with them long after the program ends.
